Meet The Team
Tom Kartelias
For the majority of his 30-plus years in skills training and recruitment, Tom Kartelias has worked as a hands-on, senior-level marketing and sales leader. Earlier in his career, Tom spent 16 years leading the marketing and sales efforts of a private equity rollup of for-profit trade schools, starting with a platform company of nine campuses in the early 2000s. This group of colleges quickly grew to become one of the largest providers of skills training in the country providing industry with nearly 20,000 qualified entry level employees in trades such as electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, commercial drivers and more. Since 2015, Tom has shared his experience and expertise working directly with multiple verticals successfully driving front line digital marketing strategies and increasing sales.
Peter Amerio
With over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, Peter Amerio brings a wealth of knowledge to help our clients. His background in design, technology and development and strategic media planning has helped hundreds of clients in multiple verticals to achieve their sales goals through traditional and digital marketing channels. As a former Director, Vice President, and CMO he has lead teams in the innovation of the discipline of digital marketing.
